StrongFirst's Tactical Strength Challenge is comimg up on April 3rd, 2017.  This is a great day full of teamwork, community, and fun!  Three events, the max effort deadlift, the flexed arm hang/strict pull up, and the five minute snatch test will challenge the strength, endurance, and conditioning of each athlete.  With ability levels rom the beginning to the advanced, this is an event for everyone!  Contact us today to begin your training!
