UPCOMING EVENTS - STRONGFIRST TSC
StrongFirst's Tactical Strength Challenge is comimg up on April 3rd, 2017. This is a great day full of teamwork, community, and fun! Three events, the max effort deadlift, the flexed arm hang/strict pull up, and the five minute snatch test will challenge the strength, endurance, and conditioning of each athlete.
