Classes

Group Classes

The more, the merrier!  Offered for yoga and kettlebells, this a great fit for those looking for the support and sense of community to get started and keep moving.  Classes are modestly sized, between three to ten people, so our instructors can provide coaching to each and every student.  Students will be assessed before starting classes to ensure their class fits well with their goals, abilities, and personality.  Both yoga and kettlebell classes are eight week terms with student attendance once or twice a week. Come join the fun!

Individual Sessions

Ideal for corrective exercise, yoga, and all strenth training modalities, individual sessions are for the person looking for a one-on-one, highly personalized training approach.  The initial session will assess health and fitness goals, present physical ability, current nutrition, and your preferred style of training to create a solid foundation from which to begin.  Your training program will be designed around your goals and lifestyle, using the building blocks education, continued assessment, and monitored progression.  The sky is the limit!

Pair Sessions

You and a friend or loved one have been talking about starting your journey to health and fitness, so why not start together?  Pair sessions are perfect for you and your best workout or yoga buddy!  Very similar to individual sessions, pair sessions begin with an initial assessment session for you and your session partner, assessing present phydical abilities, current nutrition, and both individual and combined goals. Your training program will be designed to challenge both of you while creating a sense of teamwork to get you both to your goals.  Together, you can achieve anything!
